The Organización de Productores de Mejillón de Galicia will participate for the third consecutive year in the international fair SEAFOOD EXPO
OPMEGA will travel this April to Barcelona to participate with its own space in the SEAFOOD EXPO GLOBAL. This is an exceptional opportunity to promote the products of our partners, presenting the latest developments in terms of marketing.
We will be there from the 23rd to the 25th of April with our renewed stand built in wood, like our bateas, and with a focus on sustainability.
At the stand we have a dining area where we will be offering product tasting every day, thanks to the original preparations of the chef Miguel Mosteiro.
These are some of the preparations that you will be able to taste:

- Mussel and hake pie with garlic mayonnaise
- Croquettes of mussels and seaweed with paprika mayonnaise
- Salpicón of mussels and prawns with pickled vinaigrette

SEAFOOD EXPO: the most diverse seafood trade event in the world
The 30th edition of SEAFOOD EXPO GLOBAL, held at Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via, will break records in April with its largest edition, occupying 51,277 net square metres of exhibition space. The event will once again turn the city into an international business centre for the seafood industry.
