The combination of the French bubbles with the delicious mussel bites prepared by chef Miguel Mosteiro made the day held on November 8 at the Castillo de Santa Cruz in Oleiros give off an air of glamor and distinction.Led by the “Official Ambassadors of the Interprofessionel Committee for Champagne Wine” Alejandro Paadín, Jordi Melendo and Luís Paadín, we toured the 12+1 “maisóns e vignerons” vineyards of Champagne.
